Less AI: Why We Need to Slow Down

Artificial Intelligence is evolving at an alarming rate. More AI isn’t better. It can be dangerous, disruptive, and even catastrophic.

From job displacement to AI-powered misinformation, the risks of unregulated AI growth are vast. AI doesn’t just automate, it replaces, manipulates, and sometimes even deceives.

AI automation could easily lead to mass unemployment. Many jobs once done by humans might now performed by AI, leaving many with the prospect of no work and fear for the future.

AI-generated deepfakes are spreading misinformation at an unprecedented scale, making it harder than ever to trust what we see online. What can we do if we cannot even trust our own senses?

Big tech companies and governments are racing to control AI. Without proper regulations, AI might become a tool for oppression, misinformation, and unchecked surveillance.

We need to advocate for responsible AI development, transparency, and limitations before it’s too late.

So this site is going to post articles which represent the good and (most often I suspect) the bad of AI. Feel free to share this content as you see fit. It’s not content that has been created by us, just information that we’ve found elsewhere.
